Casco Bay Physical Therapy bills most insurance companies as a courtesy to our patients.  Most insurance plans have co-payments and your co-payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit card payments, checks and cash. The following is a list of the insurance companies that we deal with most frequently. We do also take self pay patients. If your particular insurance is not listed, we may still accept it. Please call our office for further details. Don't forget to bring your insurance card(s).
